Personalised Products

As many of our products are personalised, please ensure all names, dates and wording are correct before confirming your order. We cannot accept responsibility for customer spelling errors once production has begun.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal service.

Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
